FUND REQUEST PROCESS

Funding Request Requirements

• Please submit request form no less than 3 days prior to the monthly Booster meeting (third Monday) 

• Coach, Assistant Coach or a representative may be invited to our monthly Booster meeting to present your request and answer follow up questions to assist us in the review process. The funding request might be delayed if there is not sufficient information for the membership to vote on the request.

• The Sports Booster executive board will apply the following considerations for each funding request:

• Are enough details provided to make an informed decision?

• Who will benefit from this purchase? Is there a benefit that can be gained by more than one athletic team?

• Does the funding request help achieve the CCS Sports Booster mission?

• Is the funding request duplicated with other funding sources that are available?

• Booster members will vote on the funding request during its monthly meeting. 

• In certain situations, based on meeting the provisions outlined in the Booster Bylaws, the Executive Board may approve a funding request prior to the next monthly meeting.

• Treasurer will make funds available within 14-days following submission of a receipt.

• The requestor or a representative may be encouraged to present at an upcoming Booster meeting to share outcomes, measurements and/or a summary of the funding received.
